Terra Mítica
The Basics
Escape the beaches of Benidorm and see a different side to the city at Terra Mítica, which is divided into three themed zones: Greece, Rome, and Egypt. Young children can enjoy the gentle fun of big wheels and bumper cars while older daredevils may prefer Egypt’s Falls of the Nile flume or Rome’s Inferno roller coaster. Educational shows performed by costumed actors provide entertainment for all ages.

When to Get There
Terra Mítica typically opens at 10:30am and closes between 7pm and 10:30pm, depending on the time of year. Check schedules before visiting, especially during the low season (roughly October to April) when opening hours can vary. One of the best times to visit Terra Mítica is on Halloween, when the park is open until midnight.
Family-Friendly Benidorm
There are plenty of family-friendly attractions to keep the little ones occupied in Benidorm, even if they’re not into theme parks. Stop by Mundomar to get up close and personal with marine animals, or explore the exhibits at Terra Natura zoo. Water babies will be pleased with the Aqualandia and Aqua Natura water parks. If you can’t decide on just one attraction, visit both Terra and Aqua Natura with convenient combo tickets.
