The overview of the event says that there would be a chance to see real activities and tools that the Hawaiian people use and Makahiki games, but there were none of those due to bad weather.

I think there are many places in US where you can do zipline, this is just with a view of falls and I would say if you have limited time in Hawaii, spend it some other place.
