Food and Beer Tour, gives you an opportunity to taste 6 different Slovak craft beers, as well as some delicious meals from Slovak cuisine dominated by meat (especially pork), potatoes, dumplings and sauces. Beer is a great match for food because of the complexity of its flavors, its ability to provide refreshment and to interact with many food flavors. Even before a meal, the beer is already doing its work for food pairing as its hops stimulate the appetite.

Dive right into Slovakian culture during this hands-on cooking workshop. Gain the skills to make a 3-course meal, with help from an instructor, and be able to recreate the meals at home. The menu changes seasonally but typical foods include potato dumplings with sheep’s cheese or a creamy garlic soup served in a bread bowl. Enjoy a 3-course meal paired with light refreshments after all of your hard work.
