We'll get you checked in right when you arrive to allow for the most possible time on the water! Once you're all checked in, we'll give some basic paddle instructions and safety information about the tour ahead. We'll get you loaded up into your clear kayak and off we go! The paddle will last about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the speed and size of our group. We’ll shortly find our way into mangrove tunnels. Along the way we will search for local marine life and also give our guests some unique facts about the surrounding area. When you do this tour, with the combination of the LED lights and our CLEAR kayaks, it brings the marine life to us and provides a CLERLY different view to any kayak tour you have ever done before. No large groups here 8 kayakers max! WE ARE OFFERING INDIVIDUAL SHUTTLES FOR EACH HOUSEHOLD, utilizing our passenger van in a safe environment. PLEASE REACH OUT FOR MORE COVID-19 SAFETY PRACTICES. Guests will start their paddle through the salt marsh, a popular feeding zone for numerous long-legged wading birds and river otters. 30 minutes in guests will notice a change in habitat, transitioning into Mangroves, indicating a change in salinity and elevation. This is where you will enter one of the best Mangrove Tunnels in the county. After numerous mangrove tunnels, creeks and ponds and hopefully tons of wildlife guests will then empty out into the Port of The Islands residential area. This is the last 30 minutes of the tour and you can expect to see alligators, great blue herons, possibly baby bull sharks, and hopefully manatees. Learn about some of our Florida bird species from guides with a background in field biological research, a certified master naturalist, and experience in guiding birding tours and leading field trips for birding festivals for over a decade. We can provide tours for "listers" who would like to see as many species as possible, photographers who would like to take their time and get the best shot and the best angle possible, and all types of birders in between. Let us know your preference!

Walk on water with us!  We are the local authority on SUP lessons and tours.  Fully guided instruction and tours on the calm, inshore waters of the Banana River Lagoon.  Safety is a priority, so we always mind the weather and wind.  For this reason, we typically meet at our shop and depart from there to the best location that gets us out of the wind.  No experience necessary, but you should be a proficient swimmer.   We'll help you in every way, and teach you about getting up, paddle strokes, turning, backing up, and getting comfortable on your board.  All equipment is included.  Our paddling areas include the unique opportunity to experience dolphins and manatees as well, so we always have fun.  The lesson/tour runs from 1.5hrs to 2.5 hrs depending on your comfort level.  Please arrive ready to get wet, and have towels and a change of clothes handy.  We also recommend sunscreen, dry bag for electronics, and bottled water to keep handy.

Kick back and relax on this scenic 3-hour cruise as we explore the pristine mangrove ecosystem in search of dolphin. During this tour you will learn about the bird and marine life of the Estero Bay estuary as well as the history of the area. Manatee can often be seen perusing the grass flats. Refreshments and snacks are complimentary. We typically get dolphins to jump & play in the wake of the boat which is enjoyable for all passengers on board.
