This is a wild and scenic coastal walk with views of waves breaking on the granite boulders. The first part of the trail is through patches of open woodland areas, small river valleys and over exposed, rocky ridges. Enjoy spectacular views across the sea over Silhouette and North islands. The trail continues over Glacis slopes, stretching above and below the path. The vegetation is mostly endemic and indigenous species, adapted to survive in such harsh conditions. Endemic birds such as Bulbul, Blue Pigeon Sunbirds may be seen. To get to the main beach, you must cross a small river outlet which emerges from a brackish water marsh. You will have time to have lunch in a restaurant where we will have reserved seats for you (lunch not included in the price). After the meal, you will visit La Digue island on your own until 15h45. We will then head back to Mahe and arrive there around 17h30.

Located within the Morne Seychellois National Park, Morne Blanc is quite the iconic mountain on Mahé, with its sheer cliff face. Starting above the Tea Tavern at the edge of the Tea Plantation at Sans Soucis, the plants are gradually replaced by a lush cinnamon forest with botanical specimens such as the two types of local Vacoa trees, the parasol and marron (wild). As you continue along, depending on the season, you will also come across exotic fruit trees, such as the delicious jackfruit and jamalac (rose apple) trees. Further up the trail of moss covered rocks and trees and fern-covered forest floor, endemic birds such as the Seychelles Bulbul and Sunbirds.
