Private Motorcycle Tour of Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains National Monument
Due to Covid-19 we are not currently offering any group tours. We do however offer this a s a private one-on-one tour by our head-guide that is a certified naturalist and interpretive guide. It's an experience you'll remember!
The paved portion of this tour, explores Hwy 74 (aka Palms to Pines Hwy) , a thrilling climb up the Santa Rosa mountain with lots of tight curves, a legendary road among California motorcycle riders.
Of course a dual sport ride wouldn’t be an “adventure”, without sections where the pavement ends. This tour winds up Thomas Road, a fun and fairly easy 14.5 mile dirt trail, that passes through Oaks and Pinyon’s, grassy meadows, to Cedar and Fir trees, at the higher elevations of over 6800 feet. The trail offers stunning views of the valleys below.
Before returning down to the desert, we will stop for refreshments at Paradise Valley Cafe.

Modern Piaggio MP3 Luxury Scooter Rentals
Electric start, no shifting, 250cc liquid cooled motor, freeway fast, large cushy comfortable seat, amazing disc brakes, articulated dual front wheel suspension that still allows you to lean into corners, like a traditional motorcycle. Yet with 2 front wheels, it provides better handling, superior grip and amazing braking ability.
This, is what the most advanced scooter-type motorcycle looks like, but this one - doesn't require a motorcycle license!
That's right, you can rent this one, as long as you are older than 21, have a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance coverage. You need to have some basic previous experience on a motorcycle, scooter though to be safe.
As far as we're concerned, these are the Ferrari in scooters, with real horse power, handling, comfort and advanced features, there simply isn't a finer scooter available. But, because of their size and weight, you will need to have prior experience!

Playground of the Stars Palm Springs Tour
There are a number of movie stars and celebrities who have (or had) a home here. In some cases, it was the hideaway, for others, the primary home. Without a doubt, its heyday was in the '40s, 50's and '60s, partly driven by the constraints of the old Hollywood studio system, which required them to be able to report to work at a moment's notice. In recent years, young celebrities have flocked to the desert, renting homes, or in some cases buying a second home as a refuge.
Palm Springs will always be part of that Tinseltown allure. Locals and visitors still marvel at many celebrities' houses, some for their architectural prowess, others for their curious history.
You don't want to miss this tour, because these people made this area what it is today. They had such a profound impact on Palm Springs, you can still feel there presence. The tour takes you to all of that, and then some. Palm Springs was built by movie stars for movie stars.
