No experience is necessary to join this professionally guided kayak trip. Bowman Bay is the perfect place for beginners to feel comfortable paddling on the sea. It offers beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife to seek out. Although this trip is conducted in Deception Pass State Park we avoid the turbulent water near the bridge which is more suitable for expert kayakers. We are the only kayak tour company that is currently able to lead trips to Burrows Island. You will be exploring unique shorelines that few visitors to the islands are able to experience. Save time, and save money! The experience does not require the hassles of taking a ferry to San Juan Island. Anacortes, located on Fidalgo Island has two bridges connecting us to the mainland. Because you are able to drive directly to us your time on the water is maximized. Many tour companies on other islands include a lengthy shuttle ride as a part of their trip thereby reducing the actual time spent kayaking and encountering wildlife. Single kayaks are available for participants for an additional $25pp. Must be 18 years or older. (Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.) Professionally trained guides will see to the details and ensure your comfort.

At peak current at over 8 knots (9.5 mph) almost 900 million gallons of water pour through Deception Pass. That’s 50 times more flow that all the rivers in the Puget Sound. You can see why there is a 4.5 foot height difference in the water level from one side of the pass to the other! But don’t worry, the boat is equipped with latest safety equipment. Captain Brett and crew will ensure safe passage and an entertaining time for all! The Island Whaler is a New Zealand designed jet drive catamaran. The catamaran style and foil assist ensures a soft and stable ride in any conditions. The open deck seating will give you the best 360° viewing opportunity and interaction with the surrounding elements.

Even if you’ve never climbed before, experience Washington’s stunning nature on this full-day rock climbing adventure.In the company of a rock climbing guide, learn all the basic skills required, including tying knots, rappelling, and belay technique. Climb at a beginner or intermediate level on Mt. Erie, Little Si, or Mt. Washington.

Observe Pacific Northwest whales in their natural environment on a 3.5-hour tour from Seattle. You have the chance to get up close to orcas, humpbacks, and minkes. Learn about the marine life from your on board guide.  In the event that you don’t see any whales during your excursion, enjoy a second journey on the boat free of charge.

Let's go sailing on a classic wooden sailboat from the 1940's. Lots of room in the cockpit. Sailing is easy here in the summer. Good place to learn to sail. Beautiful little islands and channels, and interesting wildlife. Boat is steady but fast.

Welcome Aboard the High Seas! We are currently offering two departures daily (12:00 PM & 3:00 PM). This is a 2-hour cruise. Guests will relax in comfort and safety aboard a beautifully restored 1935 John Alden motor yacht once owned by Hollywood royalty. Our cruise will last approximately two hours from departure to return. Along our route we will pass Orcas Island, Shaw Island, Crane Island and Pole Pass. Throughout the cruise the Captain will be explaining the tales and lore behind many of these unique and culturally historic areas. You are welcome to sit back, relax and marvel in the majestic tranquility of the San Juan waterways. This is very unique way to experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest Islands. A truly memorable experience, and with any luck we may spot orcas, humpbacks, minkes and occasionally even gray whales. So, bring your camera and enjoy your trip!
