Savannah Land & Sea Combo: City Sightseeing Trolley Tour with Riverboat Cruise
We loved touring Savannah on the trolley and learning more about the history and culture. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we covered a lot of ground. The river boat tour was equally as enjoyable with different scenery, sites and sounds. The narrator was quite good. Each tour length of 90 minutes was perfect. Employees were very friendly and professional. The trolley and river boat were very clean and new in appearance. Great value for the money and highly recommended

Savannah Land & Sea Combo: City Sightseeing Trolley Tour with Riverboat Cruise
I wish our tour person (land) would have stopped his narration when he was trying to talk when construction was happening. He did give good suggestions for restaurants. The water tour was pretty good and personal.

Better than any walking tour!!! Relax and listen to very knowledgeable guide as they take you to each destination. Plus lots of historical information that you wouldn’t get from a self guided trip. Our guide was patient and willing to answer questions. Best way to see the city and all it’s beauty.

Savannah Land & Sea Combo: City Sightseeing Trolley Tour with Riverboat Cruise
The man driving the bus was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I could not hear anything because 2 female teenagers or early twenties was being rude and talking loud the entire time. I also didn't like that after the bus, we had to wait 1.5 hours to get on the boat. It was a long day and I felt like I got more done just walking myself around to see things and take pictures.

Savannah Land & Sea Combo: City Sightseeing Trolley Tour with Riverboat Cruise
Our driver was great very knowledgeable. We saw all the squares still remaining. He kept us updated on the stops where we could catch a trolley ride the next day (included with ticket). The boat ride is pleasant and rich in history. Highly recommend!

The History of Savannah City Market

The market still stands on the site used by farmers and traders since the city’s founding. Originally the most popular destination for locals in search of groceries, the market survived two fires, a huge hurricane, and the Civil War. It fell into disrepair as the city spread out, but was revived by preservationists dedicated to Savannah's history, and today is a destination for locals and travelers alike in search of arts and culture.
