With this experience you will learn more about wine and wine tasting, you will have a professional guided wine tasting with us. Four of our standard wines are included in a commented wine tasting with our professional staff, accompanied by bread, olive oil and olives, followed by a tour through the winery and wine cellar where they will walk you through the wine-making process and disclose some of the secrets behind our wines. You will learn to observe, smell and taste the wine – and you'll be tasting wine like a pro in no time! Join us for a hands-on Bottle Blending experience. A 3 hour workshop, during which you will get the chance to master the art of blending our premium red wines. During the Bottle-Blending Workshop you will: - Learn about our full production cycle, from the field to the bottle - See behind the scenes into our cellar, including the off - limit area where our barrels are used to age the wine - Experience a commented Barrel Tasting of our top mono-varieties - Learn the sensory evaluation skills taught by our winemaker - Learn to analyse different varieties and blend them into different combinations - Blend, bottle, cork and seal your very own wine creation.

The cool of the evening experience would be one to remember as we visit and enjoy a guided tour around a countryside vineyard. We would learn about the production of the wine and be regaled with stories of the place and its people. We would also find a wine tasting room to experience the richness of up to three samples of wine As we continue our experience, we would stop at a high point to watch the stunning sunset views and picturesque appearance in the evening. Partake in taking memorable pictures as the sun disappears to the coastline in the most beautiful way. Inspired by the architecture of the Algarve, the winery’s basement houses all of the production technology and the storage area for the wine, while the upper floor comprises a tasting room and support bar, as well as affording a magnificent view over the vineyard and down to the Atlantic Ocean. The belief that left-handed people are generically more creative may be a myth. But it is nevertheless true that something special happens when you raise your glass in a toast with your left hand and taste a wine from Quinta do Canhoto. Enjoy a a delectable 4-course lunch paired with wine produced.
