Your visit begins with a pleasant walk through our vineyard, where we craft the exceptional quality of each of our wine. During the walk, we will explain our methods of working with the vines. Then we take you through a tour of the wine cellar, where you can gain an insight into how we transform grapes into wine. Last but not least, we show you our beautiful barrel cellar, which was carved into the tuff-stone during ancient Etruscan times. After the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste all of our wines.

The ENOSAFARI is much more than the traditional visit to the Cellar. We can see every aspect of production up close and understand all the secrets of Sagrantino di Montefalco. The program includes: company presentation and immediately by jeep for the tour of the vineyards surrounding the company (20-30min). walk through the barrels of our family-run winery (20-30min) tasting of 5 WINE paired with Umbrian productions (1h00min): Montefalco DOC Grechetto and Rosato IGT Umbria are accompanied by a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, while typical Umbrian cured meats are paired with our Montefalco DOC Rosso and Sagrantino DOCG, the protagonist of the tasting. It closes with the meditation wine par excellence: Sagrantino DOC Passito with the inevitable Tozzetti di Carolina

We will visit a typical olive oil mill in the Umbrian hills. We will be guided on a tasty tour of three types of extra virgin olive oil, including the strong “Rajo” oil, typical of the Amerini hills produced from centenarian olive trees. We will learn how to recognize its scent, taste and other characteristics. We will then finally enjoy a snack with some “bruschetta”, local cheese and wine.
