The owner Francesco will welcome you, touring his vineyards and seeing all the stages of production from the pressing of grapes to the barrel aging. The experience includes plenty of vinegar samples and you’ll taste some very old vinegars, more then 50 y.old, too. You will also do a proper olive oil tasting. Delicious gourmet lunch directly at the terrace overlooking the valley, based on typical local products. In the afternoon visit the glorious Ferrari Museum. This dedicated museum in Maranello, Italy, focuses on the auto manufacturer’s history and production. Back in Verona before dinner.

The Truffle hunting is a total immersion in the mysterious world of truffle; an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Participants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking, the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. We will leave the city early morning and on board of our mini-van we’ll reach the Lessinia Mountains, group of all Eastern Alps. Here Frank and his lovely dog Benny, will wait for us, ready to get lost in the forest. After our truffle walking with all the truffle picked, we will go back to Verona city center, where a delicious lunch based on the truffle will be prepared for us. As aperitif we will visit a unique "vineria" where we'll have a proper wine tasting and a nice lesson on how to pair the right wine with black truffle.
