We were never able to find the office to pick up our tickets. The ticket office was near the Central Station, but we tried for over an hour and finally gave up.

There are smaller boats that navigate the canals and give a better tour. These large boats of which there are many are cattle cars and spend considerable time in the harbor instead of traipsing through the more interesting smaller canals. I did this years ago and still remember how pleasant it was this cruise, not so much.
