Poorly organised free for all, staff not helpful and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Couldn’t even find where we were meant to be and when we eventually did staff couldn’t even tell us if we could get on the boat as there was a boat shortage. We opted not to get on in the end as they were packing people in like sardines.

Amazing experience, a must do while in Amsterdam. The cheese was good and the drinks were free flowing, also the skipper and guide were very knowledgeable and really done a great job at telling us about the city and made us feel so welcomed

We really enjoyed this trip although it was raining, the boat had roof and sides that could be shut but could still able to see view. The cheese and drink was enjoyable and wasn’t just a small portion and kept asking if wanted more. The guides were very knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. Well worth it.

Such a fun cruise! Boat was really crowded - they actually ran out of cheese since they had to leave it on the dock to make room for passengers - but the wine was plentiful and we made friends fast. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I took a Flagship canal cruise in Amsterdam. Cees was an excellent boat captain/skipper. Sara was an excellent tour guide/hostess/bartender!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sara pointed out many highlights along the route along with the history of Amsterdam, the canals, boat house details, etc. She added a little humor along with the stories. The wine and cheese were an added touch and excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this canal cruise line.

We just enjoyed a 3 day visit to Amsterdam which included a wonderful canal cruise with Flagship Amsterdam. The boat itself is fantastic - classic design and very comfortable. The crew provided both an interesting narration about the history of the city and some great snacks! The boat is very easy too board (this was important as part of our group were older). Great experience and highly recommended as a unique way to visit Amsterdam.
