I bought tickets for dosneylandia for two days March 20 and 21, it was totally full because it was spring break, that was not the problem, a very kind agent helped me make my purchase and I asked him several times if they were tickets for those days 20 and March 21 to which he answered yes, I asked him again and again before making my purchase if he was sure that we were going to enter the park those days and he answered yes surprise!!! we got to disneyland and the woman in the entrance told us “sorry you don't have a reservation” I want to cry
