We really enjoyed our tour with Irini; she was lovely to talk to about food & culture in Athens. The food did not disappoint - and it was great to learn about so many different delicacies at the beginning of our week in Greece. It set us up for a delicious vacation. One tip: don't eat for a few hours before your tour!

Georgia was an excellent host and took us around to 5 unique local experiences as well as many cultural locations that would have otherwise missed on our 2 day trip to Athens. I recommended that people take this tour on your first day in Athens do that you have a nice perspective on where to go have some amazing non touristy meals. A great day!

Good tour, not great. Pros: The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Both the conversation and the food were good. We got to see a lot of Athens that we wouldn't have found on our own. Cons: Most of the time in the tour was spent walking and waiting for dinner. We had to share the dessert, meaning we actually ate out of the same bowl, which was a little gross. Other reviewers said that they got plenty to drink...we only got 1 glass of wine at dinner.

What a fun way to explore a new culture, cuisine, country and city! Dimitri was our guide, he was amazing! He contacted me on what he was wearing and actually found us by the meeting place. Very easy. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and welcome. We all had fun. We enjoyed not only tasting some of the local food, but exploring the area and history.
