Insurance above the state law ???

We are sikhs. That means my husband wear a turban. The state law exempts sikhs from wearing any head gear/ helmet and we could not take this ride because they have an Insurance that’s bigger than state law to wear a head gear/helmet. A turban is 16 feet of cloth tied around the head! We spend $180 taxi charge to get to the location and we’re not offered and reimbursement for the same. We had to walk back to the downtown and catch Roam to get back to our hotel in Lake louise. PS: Religious sentiments were hurt and made us feel dissapointed.

Very Professional Group

Very professional organization. While I would have preferred staying on easier trails (we booked 3 hour ride) instead of veering off on inclines and declines, the majority of the group loved. My knees were pretty well locked up at two hours and they graciously called a driver to pick me up. - Getting old is tough. LOL. My husband continued on and said meadow views back were amazing. I would do the one hour next time.

We had an amazing ride. The guide Brooklyn was funny, kind, and knowledgeable. The horses were a delight and clearly well cared for. The scenery during the ride was beautiful. Best trail ride I’ve ever done:)
