AMAZING!!!!!!!! MUST TAKE!!!

I hope I don't run out of space. I wish I could give him more stars because he totally deserves it. First, the walking part in the morning with Eduardo was better than FANTASTIC! He gave me so much information like about the flags, St. George, Santa Eulalia, all about Monjuric Casle and so much more. I, as well as many others, had no idea about Valentine's day. Even how Holy week begins. When I mentioned what I learned about picasso people were amazed. I enjoyed the tour soooooo much. When I went on the second part and on a different tour the next day I already knew somethings because we talked about everything. You definitely have to take it and with Eduardo if possible. He even gave me information on other things to do on my visit. Then Gabby in the afternoon was terrific. I enjoyed montserrat mountain. I learned a lot then also, but the view was incredible. So was the view in the morning. And let's not forget the exceptionally great customer service in the morning! What an all around great group of people. Thank you for being a part of and helping to make my visit be a reason to come back.

Our tour guide was Christine, and she was awesome. She gave the tour in English and Spanish, which was nice since my wife and I speak English and understand most Spanish. Our tour started with a walking tour of the gothic quarter, which is very quaint, and full of history. On the way to Castel Montjuic (a fort/castle near the ocean) via bus, Christine gave us a tour thorough Barcelona and pointed out the history of Barcelona. So much to look at, it was hard to take it all in. We took a cable car gondola to see stunning views of the city. We then visited the castle, the dungeons, and Christine explained the history of it all. We were very impressed with our tour guide and Barcelona in general, and highly recommend this tour!

They are horrible here in Spain. Even the locals agree. The staff lacks proper training and they will make you miss your trip. Please go with another travel agency for this tour. Dont get tricked by five stars from other comments. They are absolutely careless and do not value your time. They will make you miss your tour because staff dont know themselves when to report.l for the tours especially one in the afternoon.

Very good tour

This was wonderful. Montserrat is not to be missed! The only problem was that this is actually 2 different tours put together so you have to go to the office twice at different times. They should combine it!

The morning tour guide was lovely.. very informative and Friendly.. we waited about 30 min For the bus when we finished the walking tour. Would have been nice to stop at a few more site instead of driving by them. 2 hour break in between morning tour and afternoon was way too long

Aaron was an excellent guide. We had him for both the AM and PM tour. Easy to understand and excellent knowledge. Fast paced, but not feeling rushed. Well organized.

Stolen backpack

We were inside the office of Julia Travel in Barcelona. There were lots of CCTV in the office. The security guard was not around. My husband sat and put his backpack down. A man inquired from my husband regarding a tour and my husband directed him to the desk where he can ask. But instead of going to the desk, he walked fast going out. We then noticed that my husband’s backpack was gone. We asked the manager in Julia Travel if he can help us since there was a lot of CCTV inside the office but he refused. The security guard came but was of no help at all. He just stared at my husband when he started narrating what happened. We were warned regarding pickpockets and thieves in Barcelona but we never realize that this can happen even inside JULIA TRAVEL OFFICE IN BARCELONA despite CCTVs inside the office. It was not a good day for us.

We only had a limited time to spend in Barcelona and enjoyed this tour - a good way for us to see part of the city that we might not have found on our own. We toured on a a Sunday when many places are closed and people might want to take that into account when scheduling. Aaron, our tour guide, knew the area and was also also very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
