Fantastic culinary experience!

Our group had a great time with Michele, who taught us how to make a pasta dish local to the region. He is extremely friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. After the meal, we ate dinner with his family, which was such a great opportunity to learn more about the food and customs of the region. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a unique experience learning to cook something new and spend time with a lovely family over a meal.
