Great Tour

Great tour guide, Harvey H. Stops included a Macedonian Processing Plant, Rainbow Falls, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Punalu’u Black Sand Beach where we saw four Sea Turtles basking on the warm black sand. We were able to tour a volcanic vent. Harvey gave us all presents of woven items and post cards.

Aloha Don S, Thank you for taking the time and filling out a review. We really appreciate your comments. We love to share our beautiful Islands with our visitors. Also, thank you for mentioning your experience with Harvey. I'll be sure to pass the message along. Mahalo,
overall good but website needs update
, Jul 2019
We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was amazing and soooo friendly. This tour took a whole day but did not feel long at all. The lunch stop was very good as well. The only downside was that we thought we would see a lava tube and the Jagger Museum. But those things have been cancelled and not updated on the website. The tour is still totally worth it though.
Poor tour

The tour is not worth the price. We stop at too many shops and do not stop to enjoy the scenery. The best of the tour was the guide. Excellent professional, very attentive.

Not adventurer, commercial
, Jun 2019
We expect a adventurer trip, but it was completely commercial. Stops to eat and drink coffee 3 times, short stop in the volcano, the lava tube was in a cafetery not in the mountain. Disappointed. The guide is amazing but the trip is boring

I had done a big island tour before, but went with friends this time. Didn't see as much as previous tour, despite flying from Honolulu for that tour. Also went to crater during daylight so the volcano activity was seen much less spectacularly

Driver was very knowledgeable, almost like listening to a university professor with a double degree in Hawaiian history and geology as he was telling about history and vulcanos. Very impressive. Talk about value for money! A great way to get a feeling for the island.

Other than being 30 minutes late to pick us up evidently no drivers fault we had a good experience. Only took the tour to get the lay of the land so we could explore on our own.

This experience was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we took off. The weather was a little iffy so we received a bonus with our pilot Greg O, taking us a different route. We saw waterfalls, hidden valley's, humpback whales, and the highlight of our excursion was the rivers of lava. It was well worth the price. Patti P from the great State of Ohio
