Our guide, Florentine from Olala, was excellent. We cannot recommend her enough. We chose the half day wine tour and visit to Saint Emillion. The wine tour at the Château was interesting but not overly detailed and Florentine added information for us. She made some excellent recommendations for our time in Bordeaux which transformed our experience, particularly Le Bar a Vin!!

Great tour guide very knowledgeable however, description of your was not responding representative. ‘Two’ Chateaux are on the same property and one was newly built in 2020 modern metal building - completely out of place in a medical village and not what I expected AT ALL, felt like I was wine tasting in a conference centre instead of a traditional chateau in France. Wine tasting was was limited to just that, no information or instructions on how to taste, what to look for, what to expect and the ‘pastry’ provide was a HALVED macaroon… shocking. If any of the above would have been disclosed in the description I would not have booked

We had a great tour guide (Estelle) who shared her extensive knowledge with us, but also gave us time on our own so we could explore and take in the area ourselves, without feeling rushed or crowded.
The wine was beautiful and St Emilion is a beautiful village and one I think we'll definitely revisit.

Our guides Florentine and Sebastian were LOVELY and so so wonderful! This was such a great half day trip to a winery in Bordeaux with my two good friends. We had such an incredible time getting to know the chateau, tasting great wine, and exploring Saint-Émilion. Sebastian and Florentine were incredibly friendly, answering our questions, were fun to be around, and just generally lovely. We would love to do this agian.

This was the best winery tour I’ve been on! Estelle was such a great tour guide! Our train was arriving very close to our tour’s departure time and she was so nice and allowed us to leave our luggage at the meeting location. The tour guide at both wineries was so great in answering every question and explaining everything there is to know about wine. The wine was absolutely delicious! Estelle took us through the village and told us all about Saint Emilion! Our group decided to all get more wine at a cafe. It was a really fun trip and I would highly recommend it!

A wonderful visit to the very pretty village of St Émilion. The guide was knowledgeable, clear and helpful. She took us to little corners and behind the scenes in ways we wouldn’t have been able without her.
The visit to 2 contrasting (ultra modern vs traditional) chateaux was interesting and informative. We had a well-guided tasting of 3 of their wines after.
Particularly recommended on a sunny day when the yellow stone of St Emilion glows warm and lovely!

Because of the ongoing pandemic, my husband and I received the VIP treatment as we were the only ones for the excursion. Julie was very kind and knowledgeable and provided great insights on Bordeaux’s history and its ties with the wine production, the different AOPs and their associated “terroirs”. The visit to Chateau Tour de Baladoz and La Croizillé wineries were also very instructive and we ended up tasting some great Saint-Emilion. 100% recommended

My husband and myself and other 6 passengers headed to Saint-Emilion in a Mercedes van. Our guide Caroline was driving, telling us stories about Bordeaux appelations, terroire and answering all questions. In Saint Emilion we had a nice tour through this Medieval town and we ended in the elegant vineyard with tasting four different wines. The trip lasted about 4.5 hours and was a great experience. Me gustó mucho el tour. Salimos de Burdeos a las 9 en un grupo de 8 personas.
Juli fue muy amable y simpática y nos dio muchas información de Burdeos, de Saint Emilion y del vino de la región.
La visita a las bodegas estuvo muy bien, asi como la visita a Saint Emilión.
