Travel through Andalucia’s countryside and on arrival in Seville, set off on your tour of this orange-scented city. Your guide, along with your chauffeured vehicle, are at your disposal throughout to help you get around and enjoy the sights to the full. All activities while you’re here, such as entrance fees, and meals and drinks, are at your own expense.
Perhaps start with Seville’s must-sees, learning about their architecture and history from your knowledgeable guide. Admire 15th-century, UNESCO-listed Seville Cathedral, the world’s biggest Gothic cathedral; and gaze at the Giralda Tower, the cathedral’s neighboring bell tower, converted from what was a minaret.
Enjoy a horse-and-carriage ride (additional cost) around the plazas, and visit other attractions like the Plaza de Espana and UNESCO-listed Royal Alcazar: the original, Moorish palace built for Castile’s medieval monarchs. Alternatively, check out other sights like the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Football Stadium, the hallowed home of Sevilla football club.
Plus, take time to stroll and shop around Seville’s pretty Santa Cruz neighborhood, the city’s one-time Jewish Quarter. Dive into the alleyways among the lime-washed houses and flower-filled patios, and perhaps savor a meal (own expense) at one of the many inviting restaurants.
When the time comes, relax on your ride back to Cadiz, where your excursion ends with a drop-off at the port or your hotel.
