-During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. -We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -We will confirm the time and exact meeting point by the message option of your booking. -The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. -The guides will say the tour name out loud.   -Present your photo ID upon boarding the bus. -If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.  -You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. 1. The start time as shown on your voucher, for tours with hotel pickup, only it is informative. 2. The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so it is necessary to contact to confirm the exact schedule of your pickup. 3. Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
Depart from your Cancun hotel and relax during the 45-minute journey to Xplor Adventure Park in an air-conditioned minivan. Feel your pulse race as you head straight for the exhilarating zip line courses suspended over the rainforest canopy; soar over stunning scenery at a height of 150 feet (30 meters) at high velocity. Gasp as the zip line descends into the subterranean depths of an underground cave, speeding through crevices and grottoes. Make a splash on the second zip line, which concludes by dropping you into a sparkling cenote. 

Next, drive into the lush vegetation of the jungle on a state-of-the-art amphibious vehicle. Traverse off-road trails, rocky riverbeds and suspended bridges on a 3-mile (5-km) circuit as you explore the fascinating flora and fauna of the jungle.  

Then, descend to the depths of the earth to explore secretive subterranean chambers on a raft; using your hands as paddles, enjoy a gentle journey past sharp stalactites and stalagmites through caverns before jumping into the water for a swim. 

Freshen up in the park’s fabulous facilities then feast upon a buffet lunch of local and international specialties; enjoy fresh and healthy food inspired by local ingredients and customs. Relax in a tree-harbored hammock after lunch then return to your air-conditioned minivan to enjoy the journey back to your hotel in Cancun.

Best excursion ever….it was definitely worth the price. It is a bit of a long trip there with traffic. The buffet was just ok. But the excursions made up for everything else. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes

Overall, our experience at Xplor park was great! We are extremely satisfied with the service, safety guidelines and knowledge of all staff on each activity. My top pick activity was zip line which I enjoyed a lot. Food service was great too at the smoothie bar and buffet restaurant. I liked all the water flavours and the drink called ‘cave’ smoothie. @Xplor Keep up the great service! I highly recommend Xplor park to my family and friends.

We loved every minute of this excursion! The pick up was easy. Yes the ride was long, but we slept on the bus. Getting through the park was very easy. Signs pointed us to each part of the park. I loved the fact we walked mainly underground through caves as that meant we didn't burn up walking in the sun. The food was delicious with sooo many options. We loved the nature and access to photos since we couldn't take our phones. We didn't have a favorite part...we enjoyed all of it. PSA THOUGH...YOU MUST BE IN SHAPE BECAUSE IT'S A WORKOUT LOL. Highly recommend and will do it again!

Booking thru the app is literally cheaper than booking at xplor. Also, pickup was seamless and instructive. Operator gets you to the park with ample time to do every event. Drop off was smooth. Xplor park is super fun. Have to do it once, better then Xcaret.

RT transportation was included, which was wonderful. The bus arrived earlier than stated. Skipping the admission lines was wonderful. Overall the trip was great, and we would definitely do it again. A few notes to be aware of... 1) you will not arrive at park opening time, and thus need to be strategic in which activities you do in which order as crowding does occur (recommend zip lines 1st). 2) There is a lot of walking (underground) to get to different activities. It was a great experience, but the walks were longer than anticipated. 3) A few of the activities take 30-45 minutes. You need to be cognizant of the times so that you can get back to the bus on time. 4) Some activities you MUST have closed toe shoes for. We thankfully read this elsewhere so we were prepared. 5) We were allowed to take cell phone bags, but 1 of them was allegedly too large to take on the zip lines. (It seemed arbitrary.) 6) A couple of activities share the same cue, which was confusing. All in all, we would definitely do it again, and next time will be better prepared to better maximize our time.

We we're there for the cave swimming. We didn't realize all the other stuff there was to do. This was a high point of on our trip. There is a LOT of walking. We were picked up and taken to a central lot where we combined with other people in the area to bus over. They give you a helmet and locker to use. Take it waterproof case for your phone if you want to use the camera, you can't use handheld devices on zipline. The complimentary buffet was pretty good. When in doubt, ice cream!

This company was not very accommodating with bus booking. I was not allowed to get on bus because they didn’t have my name but I showed them voucher on my phone that had all the information and they said they couldn’t find me. I live in a condo and was coming to the bus for pick up. I live in a condo NOT a hotel so they had confusion with this. Regardless they should’ve just looked at my voucher and see I was supposed to go on this excursion.

This place was so fun! A spectacular and beautiful park in the jungle. While only 5 activities, We spent all day there and still didn’t get it all in. Only downside is that it wasn’t clear from the description the type of closed toed shoes necessary for the park. We definitely would have brought our swim shoes. We wound up swimming in the caves and landed in the zip line pools wearing our sneakers
