This was a terrible experience, I booked for boat tour Catalina island and went Catalina Island tour and one of lady Vicky work at there and she is very rude and it is hard to communication with her because I told her I'm deaf and can't hear you but she keep speak to me. and she said Tour boat full but I already booked but she keep speak to me. she is real discrimination to me. it's not worth to booked from Viator because the company Catalina Island Sealife Safari will not pay attention to this platform.

We made reservations by phone, although it was also available online, only to arrive at the ticket booth the next day to find the boat had been “ out of the water” for weeks! What? The supervisor could not be reached and we have yet to receive a call back.

Went on the earliest trip and we were the only two people. Had a blast! Felt like a private tour with two local, very knowledgeable young men. Saw dolphins, seals and even what we think was a Great White shark jump out of the water. Saw many birds including a bald eagle. We would definitely do it again.
