Driver picked us up at our hotel in Cesky Krumlov which is essential as many cars are not allowed to drive through the main city -- they have to have a special permit and dropped us off in Prague. One stop along the way for the toilet. Safe, comfortable, and spacious seats on the shuttle.
We did not have the address of our airbnb flat 24 hours before the trip only the general area, so when we finally received the address from the host and let them know they said it was to late. I am 18 weeks pregnant and had to walk about 3km with our bags to the flat. I was really hoping that if you pay for door-to-door that you will get the service regardless of the time that you provide the address.
The shuttle company does a great job communicating with you. The driver arrived a few minutes early but told me to take my time I appreciate the earliness as I was ready to go!!. The driver was very friendly and drove safely to Prague.
