Our cooking demonstration was wonderful! It was so great to be in a local home and kitchen, learning how to make various items dosas, chutneys and share a meal together. I would have liked to be more active in making the meal and learning more firsthand about the items, maybe including a recipe to take home. Overall, this was a fantastic experience!

We were warmly welcomed with lime juice and a chance to exchange cultures. As we hadn't specified our tastes, Vidya prepared a delicious menu which she then cooked whilst talking us through the flavours, techniques and nutrition. Her knowledge, hosting skills and food was our highlight of Chennai.
