From the moment you enter the attention is very special from the staff, it is nice to see all of Chicago from above and the special feeling when you are bent over the void is unique

A line to nowhere

The Tilt and 360 views were awesome but having to wait for 3 hour in line to get up to the observation deck was a nightmare. No places for disabled people to sit while waiting in line and even the staff seemed confused on where to instruct guest to stand in line.
