Horrible value

We would have saved money without the pass. Very disappointed. And many places were already booked up. Or there were additional fees at the chosen venue. Very misleading.

Common Sense = Great Fun
Jessica_D

Loved having the City Pass and it included all the extras! Chicago was just opening up in June 2021 so I did have to use common sense to reserve times for the attractions. If you can’t find out how to use city pass and make reservations all attractions were helpful and accommodating. The only museum that doesn’t do reservations is the Field Museum. We had an amazing experience and would use the City pass again

Chicago weekend.

Was not told all attractions needed reservations. Paid crazy price for just one museum. We couldn’t go anywhere else, they were all sold out for the day. Terrible when you’re somewhere for just 2 days.

I'm very sorry about this. Some attractions require reservations, while others do not and give guests the next available entry time. If attractions were had no available entry times during your visit and you were not able to visit, please contact us via www.citypass.com/returns to see if you might be eligible for a refund.
