Despite it pouring rain, Harrison did a great job of making it interesting and keeping everyone’s attention. Between stops, he was very friendly and talked to multiple different groups about themselves. It was nice to have someone so personable AND you can tell he knew what he was talking about. I would absolutely do it again, even in the rain :)

Ghost tour in the Over the Rhine area

Sam was a great guide. He took us to several nice locations and had great ghost stories to tell. The tour takes place in the Over the Rhine area and is over an hour long.

The overview of this tour included words such as "spooky, haunted, terrifying, creepy, and chilling," but we experienced none of this. We walked from location to location, stood outside a building, stopped for a few minutes to hear a short story of some past ghost experience, and then moved on to hear more of the same. There were no scary moments or evidence provided. We were disappointed since it definitely didn't meet our expectations of a great tour. We actually left the group tour, sad that we had paid for this. The scariest part of the tour was some of the people we had to walk past, as we walked the tour route. Not worth the money for this tour.

It was just walking around to look at a building and hear a story about someone who saw a ghost. Anyone could make up their own ghost tour and walk around telling stories.

Never getting tickets again

Viator wasn’t helpful at all , I’m not from Cincinnati, I had no information on where to meet up. Finally got there and the tour had already left. Called the Viator customer service and the representative was rude and not helpful. I asked for a refund and she gave me the run around now I have to wait for a email in 7 days . If I was giving more information and contact number I wouldn’t have had any problems
