Everything was well run. The staff was friendly and helpful Great for all ages. It was cold but the wet suits helped. Being up close and personal with the manatees made it a memorable after Christmas experience

Melissa and Dani were great guides. We were able to swim with several manatees. Had 5 kids with us ages ranging from 9-16. They all loved it. Hot cocoa after we got back on the boat was a nice treat after getting out of the cool water.
