Paddles Outdoor Rentals and Coastal Shop is a class act! Bikes were fun and Customer Service was amazing. Trip Advisor has not worked with the owners of this company for months. Viator-Trip Advisor took my money and continues to take money from Paddles Outdoor Rentals and Coastal Shop with every reservation they book. . When I showed up there was no reservation! When the owner realized What had happened he did everything in his power to make it right. He moved things around to get us on Sea Bikes. He did this free of charge because he never received money from Viator-Trip Advisor. STOP MAKING RESERVATION FOR THIS COMPANY, STOP STEALING FROM THIS COMPANY. BBB will be notified.
