The staff are professional and kind. The diver and photographer were so accommodating. I haven't swam in years so it was a bit intimidating. They made sure to take care of me without me having to say a thing. The young lady realized I overpaid for my package and notified me. That really shows that they are not there to just take your money. I greatly appreciate her for her attention to detail. I would do this again ina heartbeat!

The operator and his team were so friendly! The bad part is that we reserved for 3 adults and upon our arrival only 2 machines were in service. We opted to have our daughter sit out and receive a refund. Upon entering the water with my husband, his machine ran out of battery 3 minutes into the dive. We were in the water right at noon and on the machines 5 minutes after. We were back on land 20 minutes later because my husband’s machine didn’t go at all and had to be pulled by the diver. We would have gladly canceled if we knew in advance we all would not be able to go, and we definitely would have canceled if we knew only one us would actually get to use the machine and cut the whole thing short.

Wonderful location, great instruction, friendly staff that stayed with our group. Amazing aquatic life. Saw so many beautiful fish and coral. You can stay after your experience and enjoy the beach/restaurant/bar next to the dock. Would have been 5 stars if everyone in our reservation had been able to participate. Unfortunately, one of the scuba bikes was not working so one person had to stay behind. Ages 13-50 no scuba experience.

On December 16, 2021, I experienced this tour for the second time, however, my first underwater “bike” tour was in Florida. Both tours were wonderful and being one with nature under created a profound and awe inspiring moment of serenity where you feel as one with the fish. This under water world of fish explodes holds you momentarily captivated with wonder, especially when your guide feeds the fish and they hurry to surround you. My only negative part of the experience is that I paid for and was expecting to receive photos taken of my experience. I and Viator have followed up with calls an email requests which have been ignored. What a shame because they would have cemented my experience for a lifetime.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. No snorkel certif. required! This is the deepest I’ve been in the ocean water. The staff is great and you get to see a lot of wildlife in the ocean. We’ll worth it.

The tour guides were amazing and so was the experience. Easy to do if you do not want to scuba dive. Definitely a must do on the island.

Memorable experience, would definitely recommend. My partner was unable to participate, a bit claustrophobic - so keep that in mind as it is a tight space. The waiver does mention this, but in application it’s a bit frightening to someone who is claustrophobic. Outside of that. 2 Thumbs up!

I don’t know how to swim so I’m terrified of the ocean! These guys (I didn’t get their names) my tour was 7/22/21 at noon, they made me feel so comfortable I left my fears behind. It was an AMAZING experience!! I would do it again. Thank you!!!

It was really fun! My husband and I are 63 and we did have trouble swimming out to the machines. We would advise asking them to bring the machines in closer to shore to get on them if you are older. They do this if you can't swim, so I believe that they would if asked. We were on a 16 day cruise and didn't receive our emails until we were back on land. Aquafari sent the pictures by WeTransfer and they are automatically deleted after several days and we were not back by that date. I did email them and they were kind and resent them to us again. I would recommend them, they were very nice!
