I have been hiring private driver/guide all over the world, this driver/guide was the best!!! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean car, good communication skill... Will recommend him to any of my friends. If you have questions before your trip, you can request to email your questions to this driver, he will answer them. I requested to leave earlier and change pick up locations and so on, he cooperated every time. He is a driver/guide so he will not tour with you when you are out of the car but I felt the details he explained about each site were enough so I don't have to hire any other guides. Had great experience in Fes thanks to this day tour and my wonderful hotel. Can not thank him enough!

On time and comfortable car. As a 1 day out of Fez trip it's worth to participate. Keep in mind that the tour includes a driver - not a tour guide so you need to have some guidebook with you and a good spatial orientation walking through Meknes medina, Volubilis is not a problem - you can not get lost within regular ancient Roman streets structure.

I had a great time learning about the history of Volubilis and Meknes, with Volubilis being my favorite. Even though it seemed like the guide was included based on viator's site, when I arrived in Volubilis, they tried to charge me another 22-23 dollars to have someone show me around. I fought against this because the viator site said a driver/guide was included. It took some pressure, but they finally relented to providing a guide. This seems to be part of the Moroccan way, but I recommend fixing this issue for future travelers. The cites are really great to see!
