What an AMAZING experience!! Chef Vary was the perfect mix of knowledgable, helpful, and Italian sassy. Would highly highly recommend!! Whether with a family, couple, or single. You won't want to miss this. Food: We made 3 different pastas and 3 different sauces. Chef Vary presented options for all 3 pastas, tailored to the time of year for what was fresh. We decided as a group and jumped into pasta making. Every person was working, no idle hands. We started with the making the dough, put it in the fridge, then worked on sauces. All the while, Chef Vary explained and added helpful insights. The sauces we all worked together to make. Finally we began use ravioli stamps, a pasta laminator, and another tool to make the 3 pastas, again all hands on deck. It was DELICIOUS!! We had soooo much food to go around. Wine was served with our meal as well. Chef Vary helped with a scheduling issue and was very accommodating and ensured we could get into the class for when worked for us.

This was one of the best experiences and highlights of our time here in Florence. Chef Vary was great! We made things that we would never of thought of and it was so delicious. You will be missing out if you do not attend this cooking class while in Florence.

This was an excellent experience. It was intimate, we learned a lot, and the chef was both charismatic and informative. We learned a lot, it was very hands on, and the food was great. Excellent experience (pair it with wine, the kitchen is at a wine bar with great recommendations!). Menu was tailored to participants preferences. Chef Vary and her husband were warm and welcoming, a highlight of our trip and one of our best meals! We cannot wait to make the recipes at home, very simple foods and techniques that yield delicious results. Clean and professional, come to work and learn in a fun environment!

Chef Vary was INCREDIBLE! First of all, the space is so cute, clean, and on this very hot summer day it was air conditioned. We arrived and she gave us options based on what was in season, they were all beyond delicious. We made 2 different noodles and one ravioli all with different sauces. She was informative but more importantly kept it really fun!! Honestly wish she could help me cook every day! 10/10 would recommend.

I can not say enough. Chef Vary provided a thorough, educational, and FUN experience that I will never forget. In a three hour class, Chef Vary taught us how to make our own pasta from scratch with a touch of her infectious personality. By the time it came to sit and enjoy our homemade meals, I felt as if I was sharing a dinner with friends I had known well in advance. I would recommend this class for people of all culinary backgrounds. Novice and experts alike I am sure will leave this class with a smile and of course, a tummy full of joy and pasta. SALUTI!

Fun and entertaining! Everything was delicious. Learning to make the pasta and having a meal together (with plenty of wine) with other visitors to Florence was a treat. My daughter and I highly recommend this adventure. We are ready to go home and make pasta!

My daughter and I took this amazing Pasta Class with Chef Vary last month while in Florence. While everything we did in Italy was fun and amazing, this is the one thing that we really took home with us! Chef Vary sent many wonderful recipes, and we can’t wait to continue the fun of making fresh pasta for our family at home! This is a fun, educational and hands-on pasta class that is a Must-Do while in Florence!

This class was so much fun. Attended with my husband and our two adult children (Daughter 19/Son 18) and they really enjoyed it as well. Learned a LOT about how to create simple Italian sauces and the homemade paste was amazing. We made three different types of pasta including a ravioli by hand and had 3 sauces to go with. Our chef really took into account what people liked (or didn't like) to eat and any food allergies into account. The evening went by so fast and loved being able to eat what we had made along with some lovely wines. Great evening - highly recommend!

Our chef was very interactive. This is a hands on experience so you are involved in all parts of the cooking. It ends with enjoying the meal. The food was fantastic and we had a great time learning and making the food. We enjoyed it very much!

What a fun morning! Chef Vary taught our small class of 9 all about 3 pastas and 3 sauces - sitting down to eat them all with a beautiful Italian red and local Vermentino was the highlight. Thanks for an incredible experience - 10/10 highly recommend.

Wow, what a fun evening! Chef Vary was hilarious, kind, and taught us so much. It was such an enjoyable evening. We loved how she made up the recipes on the spot with fresh ingredients. We also loved the small group size and getting to know the other couples. Everyone was so friendly and the conversation was excellent. Not to mention, the pasta was remarkable! We will absolutely be recommending this class to anyone we know travelling to Florence.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Vary was incredible! We had a small group of 5 people in our class and everyone got to participate in pretty much every part of the process. We made ricotta ravioli with mushroom sauce, cavatelli pasta with pesto, and vermicelli with caramelized tomatoes. I feel great about being able to recreate this meal when I go home.
