The attractions was superb, but our guide was not. She continue go walk and talk without giving us enough time to absorb the place and giving us answers. She was quite defensive when we ask her questions as if she doesn't want to intertain any of it and later she told us she had a headache. I was running to catch up with her and but of course I had to take pictures at the same time.
Very nice

Our tour guide Julia was great she knew everything about the art (she has a degree in art history) so we had a great tour guide you could ask questions to and she knew the answers. I had a lot of fun with this tour
Great information, long tour.

Julia was great at the Uffizi gallery with lots of information and energy. Stephano lead the walking tour and tour of David. He was funny and was engaging. Please note this is actually three tours so others may join the group. It was a long day with lots of standing so wear comfortable shoes. It covers most of the major sites in Florence only missing the inside of the Duomo.
Uffizi, Accademia and Santa Croce Basilica Guided Tour

Our party of 6 was arriving into Florence via train at 1045, and the tour was starting at 11- this was related to the company and they made arrangements to accommodate us, to get all of the above done even though we started at 12. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the tour. It is well organised, with exceptional tour guides. It's really an art to keep you captivated for so many hours. Thank you again for accommodating us. We will highly recommend this tour!
I would recommend them

Tour guide for Uffizi was excellent, considerate, knowledge and professional. The guide for Basilica was alright. The booking was fine. To find their office (the meeting point) was bit of a challenge.
Julia è amore! 😻

We were so lucky to get Julia as our guide; not only is she beautiful, with a wonderful voice and elegant (German/Italian) accent that is pleasing to the ear, and easy to understand, she is also extremely intelligent and well-informed about the artists, art pieces, and other points of interest featured on her tour - and best of all, she clearly has a real passion for the subjects, which is delightfully infectious (she made me a lifelong fan of Cosimo “Primo” de Medici, and I had never even heard of the Grand Duke of Firenze before this trip - now I’m obsessed!). I highly recommend booking Julia for the whole (half) day; I promise you will not regret it. We wish we could take her with us for the rest of our trip, throughout Italy, and beyond! Life is better with Julia - but if you can’t manage that, at the very least do yourself a favor and book a tour of the Uffizi, with her as your guide.
Worth the money

This was actually 3 tours put together. The two reps we had were knowledgeable and really brought Florence to life. I'm not really into art but Alla gave us a history tour as well as the art. If you get her for Uffizi you will leave a more informed person. The cost seemed expensive when we booked but was well worth it.

Julia was incredibly knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the stories she told, which kept us very engaged. You could tell she had a passion for her work and studies so we felt very fortunate to have a tour guide like her. Plus her English as perfect, which was not always the case on our other tours. It is a long tour, but as we thought about it afterwards, there really wasn't anything you could remove from the tour. Very very informative. If you have Julia you will learn a ton. Big win!

Our tour guide was wonderful, very professional with great knowledge of the Uffizi, the Accademia and the rest of the city of Florence.
Long, but very fun day in Florence...

Long, but very fun day in Florence! We had a limited amount of time in the city and wanted the opportunity to see all the major things and not have to wait in line. Alla was our guide for the day and she was absolutely incredible. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I walked away feeling like I learned a lot from her. We started at the Uffizi. There was a long line outside but with this booking we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes. Alla was incredibly helpful navigating us through the gallery. We certainly didn't see everything but she selected really great pieces to show and tell us about. After a short break, we continued to a walking tour of the city where we saw the Santa Croce Basilica and learned a TON about the history of Florence. We then continued on to Accademia where we again skipped a much longer line. The Statue of David was incredible. Wear comfortable shoes - this is a long day but very worth it! One side note, the office for this company was tricky to find. The building was not well marked.
