Private Tuscany Day Tour: San Gimignano and Chianti Wine Region from Florence

Our private tour was customized by Marco, the owner, through email correspondence. We left all the details to him and we weren't disappointed.

Amazing tour! Highly recommend! Marco picked us up at the Florence train station, he was on time and had messaged me where he would be standing etc. Marco was so nice, easy to get along with and we felt very comfortable. The wineries were beautiful and so fun. Our first winery, the owners came out and greeted us like we were family! Best lasagna we've ever had and we loved the wine so much we have a case coming! Second winery had great wine and gave us more food - cheese/bread and a plate of chocolate bits to eat with our wine. Loved it! These are just wine tastings - they will keep pouring until you tell them to stop! San Gimignano I could have stayed a few more hours as what a great little town. Recommend climbing up to the top of the highest tower as the views are amazing. Marco took us back to Florence and then gave us a little tour and took us to a spot to take a picture overlooking Florence. Beautiful! He spent extra time with us to show us this side of Florence and we were very grateful! He dropped us off, as asked, in Florence so we could walk around a little. He made sure we knew how to get to the train station to catch our train. What a great day! Thanks Marco!
