Do not buy! I bought this ticket believing it added significant value over the standard 18 euro ticket purchased in the Duomo. It is the exact same ticket, though for more than twice the price. It saves no waiting in line and offers no additional value at all. Do not purchase this ticket. And i would strongly avoid supporting this company. I consider the advertising to be basically fraudulent.

Dear Michael, First of all thank you for your feedback. But we really have to mention some important facts about the product. The ticket you had isn't just a standard ticket. Its Reserved access ticket to visit the Dome. With a standard ticket you wont get to climb the Dome since you don't have the reservation. The access to the dome is limited in number and are hard to get. And unlike any other Museums the climb to dome is through a small passage. So the line was because of that. The rate was quite high just because we had to maintain the same rate of the Christmas season as part of the special offer regulations. We did offer you a free upgrade to our Guided Dome Tour to compensate the amount you paid, but you weren't interested. We always make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with our services and for us hearing this comments from you is disappointing. We will make sure that it doesn't happen in the future. Visite de la coupole du duomo de Florence le mardi 4 août 2020, pour 2 personnes . 1)Le rendez-vous viator pour avoir les 2 billets d'entrée est fixé d'abord par e mail à 12 h30 . Puis viator écrit par mail quelques jours après qu'il y a un changement pour 13 h30. Le jour-dit , nous y allons quand même à 12 h 30 . Heureusement !!! le correspondant viator est là, à 12 h 30 , ne sait rien de la modification , et nous donne nos 2 billets pour la coupole; nous n'aurions trouvé personne à 13 h 30 et aucune possibilité de faire la visite étant donné la faible possibilité d'entrées . 2)EN PLUS, Nous nous rendons compte que nous avons payé 35 € par personne à viator alors que le billet coûte 20 € pour tous les autres visiteurs( prix indiqué sur le billet remis par le correspondant) soit 15 € de trop pour chacune des 2 personnes ; 3)ENCORE EN PLUS, ce billet "viator" ne permet aucune autre entrée à aucun autre musée contrairement à ce que viator avait annoncé. Je demande donc un remboursement de 30 € ( 15 € X 2 personnes ) ref. BR- 785176768

Hello Sir and Madame Iam Amedeo the guide was waiting for you ,I am sorry for this ,We gave you your tickets and it is expensive because If we organise this service and buy tickets in advance for you this not for free ,next time try to but btickets from the ticket office ,you need to undersatnd that tickets fro Dome sold out at least 4 dayes before So our work must be paied and the rest of mony commission not for us it is for Viator ,now with this bad reviìew you damage my company and this not good spcialy we gave you ,your service Thanks
