Pick up in your Hotel or at the Airport
Please arrive 2 hours before your selected start time for pickup. Your operator can coordinate exact time and location.

- This is a one-way service. Customers should make two reservations in order to get a return service.
- The maximum allowance is one standard suitcase (70cmx45cmx20cm approximately) and a piece of hand luggage per person. If you are travelling with excess luggage (big suitcase, golf clubs, bicycles, wheelchairs, etc.) it is imperative that you inform us in order to book the correct vehicle and apply the proper price. Otherwise, extra transport would be required to place extra luggage, and extra fees charged and paid locally.
- Clients must provide the following data for the correct functioning of the service: if you need the service from the airport to the hotel or vice versa, flight number (and also the time), number of people who will take the transfer, contact telephone number and any special baggage they may carry.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
