I already made a complain, and wait for the returning of my money from de boat , 3 tickets to Ibiza as the people on the boat didn’t wait for 5 minutes in the Port !!! I was there waiting for my Kids and asked the captain to wait. He said Yes and go away in 2 minutes without a Word . I paid 300€ for the experience and paid more 81€ for the returning to Ibiza so I want my money Back . Thank you .

En la pagina de viator ponia que la excursion era de como maximo 20 personas, cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro( platja d’ en bossa ) la sorpresa fue que la excusion era para mas de 100 personas, aseguraros bien antes de contratar algo con Viator por que publicitan cosas que luego no se corresponden con la realidad

No es un catamarán, es un ferry medio viejo, uno de los host fue muy amable, la paella estaba buena. Un poco aburrido porque no se podía poner la música alto para evitar la fiesta pero entiendo que es por las medidas de covid19.

Buenas MLP, Muchas gracias por su reseña. Ojalá pudiésemos poner la música más alta, pero hay restricciones gubernamentales muy estrictas, debido a la pandemia mundial del Covid19. Para nosotros lo más importante además del disfrute de nuestros clientes, es su seguridad, esperamos que lo entienda. Por otra parte, en las fotos se muestra el barco en el que se realiza la excursión, y le informo de que tal y como anunciamos en nuestra publicidad, es efectivamente, un catamarán (barco con dos cascos). Espero haber aclarado sus dudas :)

La verdad k la excursión no hicimos nada d lo k pone. No más de 80 personas... Éramos 150. Parada en 2 calas d formentera... Y paro 1 vez al lado d unas rocas.... OS enviamos mail d reclamación... Sobre todo por tema de la cantidad d gente k íbamos. Ya que lo cogimos Pq iba poca gente y nos encontramos con más del doble y personas.
