Change the system- we should get tickets right away after booking and not just confirmation
Rosalinda_H
, Apr 2021
I didnt like the fact that i had to get a physical ticket to the station to ride the train. This system has to change. The lady helping us at the station was not too happy she had to do a paperwork for us to sign. What’s worse is we couldnt ride the first train because everyone that bought tickets ffrom Key West express had the first dibs on the seats. If i had known this would happen, i would have signed up with them instead of buying tickets on line(Viator). Wasted 20 minutes of 4 1/2 hours left for us to kill while in Key West. The Conch Train ride is good and very informative.

I prepaid for my tickets and the bus sales people was allowed to jump me in line at station D. There was a trained parked and he told us that it was for a private party and that we had to wait for another train...2 trains came and passed us up...we were not given the stickers to get on and off the train just the vouchers...once we got on the train the experience was excellent...Rob the conductor was very knowledgeable and made the history of Key West very interesting and funny. I just did not like the booth experience

Kenny was amazing! But...

Kenny was amazing! But the reason for 4 stars is due to the fact when I called the company to see what time the train came to Truvall (spelling?)he informed me 610pm. It never arrived and I waited quite a long time. Please tell your phone operators to give out correct info. It was a long hot wasted wait.

The staff at the beginning. I was worried about getting on and fitting my legs on the train. Ben, Ilana, and Andy made me feel comfortable and With a step stool I was able to get on without a problem. I had lots of leg room. Andy was very knowledgeable about Key West. It was a very interesting ride.

Will not be back until No Masks!!!!
Patricia_J
, Mar 2021
The Tour was good..Did not like having to wear masks outside. I thought Florida was open. Will not come back to Key West until masks are optional everywhere. Felt harassed by the police not comfortable with the mask police. It would be ok if masks really worked but they don't. For being such a liberal place I find it fascinating that the people that live there are such SHEEP!!! UNREAL...Liberals must like giving up freedom. Come on Key West get Real.. I talked to people/ tourists while there that felt the same as I do. ..
