This was basically a cab ride. Our driver spoke English reasonably well but not fluently. He picked us up at 8.45 drove us 20 mins to Perast and left us there and went for coffee. Then when we found him he basically drove back into Kotor and dropped us by our ship around 2 hours for a supposed 3-4 hour tour that cost over 230 euros! Would not do again or recommend
