The tickets were only delivered to the hotel the morning of the booking. This only gave a hour before the scheduled time to be at the towers and frustration of not knowing if the tickets were going to come or not. It wasn't the worry free experience I was expecting.

Paid for tickets on line to be delivered to our hotel Pullman in KLCC.asked for tickets at reception on arrival Thurs PM .No tickets .Checked Friday both am and pm last check was 420 pm still no tickets delivered.wasted $90 AUD. Have booked with Vaitor many times over the years for same event,never had a problem before.. Checked at Hotel again Friday 5pm ,still no tickets . tickets were for the 515pm tour.

Just to be clear what you are paying for here is for someone to go stand in line & secure your tickets at (or near) your preferred time. The service worked great. They reached out to me before my visit and even dropped off the tickets at the hotel concierge the day before I arrived. When I checked into my hotel they had my tickets waiting for me. The Petronas towers experience itself is separate from this booking service, but here's what to expect: Upon arrival you'll have to queue up for security (no bags, etc.) and you'll be put into a group of about 20 people with whomever is around you in the queue. You'll go up to the sky bridge first for some views - you'll be timed and required to stay with your group. Then you'll go up to the top. We didn't feel rushed at the top, and actually started on our way down before they officially told our group we had to depart. There's a small gift shop near the top, and a larger one at the bottom. If you like tall buildings and observation decks, its a worthwhile sight to see.

Whilst the Petronas Tower looks awesome from outside, the tour itself is very closely monitored and guided. You don’t get to spend much time there other than taking photos from specific location. You are then quickly ushered from the bridge at level 83 through to level 86 for photos and back to the other part of level 83 for forced merchandising expenditure. The view from the tower isn’t much as you are met with other tall buildings nearby. You are however much better off visiting the nearby park and gardens from where you can take better pictures of the towers as well as enjoy the water fountain show at night.

The tickets arrived on time at my hotel. The travel agent even made a call to hotel to ensure I got the ticket. The tour at Petronas Twin Towers takes about an hour, included the bridge and observation deck.

This tour and time in the Petronas Towers is worth every cent. Skipping the line saves a lot of stress and the guides are first rate! We went as a couple, but go as a single, a couple or bring the family and enjoy the company of who is in your group. We did and loved every minute.

Great tour, tickets arrived as they said. To find the meeting point took a few asks of security, but no great problem! We were in KL for only 2 days, and it rained in the afternoon/evening. Our trip was timed for sunset, in hindsight seeing the towers and the view would have been better in the morning

The service was great with when to receive the tickets and they were delivered to our hotel on time. The only thing is that there is no skip-the-line availability. You are given a specific time to line up that is on your ticket and you cannot que until that time is called. You are given a lanyard of a certain color and moved in a small group according to that color. Otherwise, the tour is definitely worth it for the sheer fact that the towers are amazing. You are also given just a few facts from the towers guide, so it you want to know more about the history of the towers, do it yourself.
