Warning: part of the route (visiting Cueva Bonita) may not take place

It was a really bad day (August 10, 2021). No dolphins and only one whale trying to escape. The crew searched for this whale for so long (and took advantage of another boat finding it) that they GAVE UP COASTAL HIGHLIGHTS altogether. I am very sorry that I did not see the Cueva Bonita and I feel sorry for the other passengers because while enjoying one whale they did not realize what views of sea caves they lost.

Hello Michain, we are really sorry that you feel that way, but first we have to say that this is a whale watching trip and only second in order of importance are the coastal highlights. And if the captain of the boat tries to find cetaceans and makes this the priority the cave comes second in priority i think is was clear for everybody on bord, and the day you mentioned the cetaceans where in a complete different place which had made the trip at least 2 hours longer... We feel very sorry that you didnt enjoyed the trip but for shure you where the only one this day that felt this way... since we got a very positive feedback from our guests for this day. And just to make it very clear, what we offer is a responsible and educational whale watching trip and this has noting to do this chasing a whale. And the fact that we coordinate with other boats to find cetaceans is just a normal thing to do, it raises the chances to find them ;) all in all we are a little disappointed with our critique since we thought that we gave our best to make this day a ver special one for you, but clearly we didnt suceded with it. Kind regards Team OceanExplorer
