Terrible advertising. We booked this trip because it was advertised as a Florence excursion. Unfortunately, there was no way to get here from Florence. We asked for a refund but was denied because it was less than 24 hours. I asked for a compromise of 50% refund which they denied as well. we never went and still paid almost $1,000.00!!!

Ciao Kelly, Have you thought about leaving by boat from Florence....have you seen the sea?; before booking and creating difficulties for those who work, find out where you are going, furthermore on VIATOR each tour is well specified, Lunch tour with lunch on board, and on our page it does not say that we start from Florence. But where did you think you were going, wake up. I lost my job for you because a part of the refund was granted to you, you waited for this and as you threatened you wanted to leave the review, you are also a big fake. You should have paid the full price. Now I suggest you buy a map ..... Have a nice day
