We are very happy with the whole day. Skip the line is the way to go. After seeing the long lines of people we knew that we picked the right tour. Our driver Alessandro spoke very good english and was on time and easy to contact when required. He was very informative and told pointed out a lot of interesting sites to visit on our next trip to Rome.

We booked three separate small groups to travel as one. Our drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable, getting us around the city expertly. One of our drivers, Alex, even went so far as to book our group a lunch reservation at a spot near the Vatican. It was perfect. At the end of the day, they adjusted our route in order to fit in a visit to the Trevi Fountain. The private cars with AC were definitely a hit. I would highly recommend this tour!

Can't say enough about our fantastic driver and the ease with which we traveled from venue to venue. So much better than the group tour scene. Works perfectly for those of us who have been to Rome before and don't need the "play by play" history lesson. We were only in Rome for one day introducing our youngest daughter to her first ever trip there. Allowed us to go to more places than we could using other means at our disposal. Would definitely use Viator again.

Did the skip line tours but the word "including" is misleading. The driver only wanted to take us to the skip the line places not all of Rome. He was a safe driver. He communicated he would only take us to places where we had tickets. According Thisto reviews, and our experience, every driver doesn't honor all of Rome. This was our 2nd trip into Rome from port, we saved time and maximized the Vatican and the Coleseum. St. Peter's Basilica line was very long but free to enter. However, the tour instructions should be more detailed with meetup times and locations in between places. Time passed by as we waited for the driver to show up at the indicated pick up point. He was waiting for us to call him internationally; if patrons should use WhatsApp, they should say that before tour date because our calls did not go through in Rome when trying to contact the driver.

This tour was absolutely breathing taking!!! HUGE thank you to our driver Paolo who wasn't just a driver he was like a mini tour guide! This tour was amazing from the time Paolo picked us up to the time we left he was professional, courteous, kind and was a pleasure to be around. We even sang italian songs together and joked around with Paolo theought the ride.He took us to see many things in rome in the short amount of time we had! It was worth every penny we spent!! We really enjoyed this tour. We were picked up by a Mercedes limo and our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our day. Having a smaller vehicle than a bus allowed our driver to manipulate the narrow streets of Rome and get us within a block of the Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona. Of course, skip-the-line Colosseum and the Vatican museums are a MUST. The summer crowds in Rome are intense. I would do this tour with this driver again in a heartbeat!
