Good choice for tours
, Aug 2022
I think the price is fair and the best way to maximize it is if you get the 48 hour pass so you can do both the blue and red tours on different days, this way it'll help you update your London to-do list.
Needs better communication
, Aug 2022
The audio recording was creative and had some fun information. The ticket taker was very unfriendly and did not tell us what to expect. It would have been helpful. We started at stop 1 but expected to get back there. The driver stopped at the last spot and expected us to get off. We needed to be back at #1. He did it but begrudgingly. Also, we did not see Buckingham Palace and were told )after we asked) there was construction and we couldn’t get through. We walked over there and didn’t see any construction. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t, it just should have had an explanation when the recording said numerous times “we’re almost there”. It was a fine way to see the city for the first time.

Confirmed but no tickets
, Aug 2022
Amended the date and never got my new confirmation and tickets. Contacted the operator and no response.
Good experience, require bit more historic commentary
, Aug 2022
Hop On Hop Off your was good, travelling across many iconic places. However, bit more historic aspect in the commentary could’ve been way better.
Disappointing tour compared to their competition.
, Aug 2022
Their maps of route were small and apparently not well marked. Driver and attendant not very friendly/professional. We accidentally got on the wrong bus (different company) the day before. Their commentary matched a well marked larger map. The second day on this bus was not well ran and some of the commentary did not follow map and made the tour very confusing.

Great way to get around the city
, Aug 2022
I liked that the bus takes you everywhere you need to see. The staff was kind and easy going. The commentary was a little cheeky and a little too much. I get that they are trying to make it entertaining, but I would have liked more history of the places we were visiting.
London bash
, Aug 2022
Easy to hop on and off, to go places. Bus driver were very helpful. Buses were clean and ran on a timely fashion.
Worth every penny!
, Aug 2022
Worth every penny! Easy to book on a easy to navigate website. Was able to reserve our seats for £1 and pay the rest nearer the time. Tickets sent to both phone and email for ease of access on our trip. Great communication throughout from this company. All of the bus drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Free ear phones provided to listen to the on-board commentary, which was so useful. Staff were on hand to help throughout the tour at various stops. Bus stops were easy to locate and not too far apart. All major attractions covered. River cruise was outstanding. The staff provided a light hearted and informative commentary, which made us laugh. This tour made our day in London perfect. We managed to see all of the sights in one day and it was so easy to get around. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The history of the city was great, stop location was well marked with the Big Bus name. The boat ride gave you different look of the city from a distant. I’ll recommend trip to others
Useful but not extraordinary
, Aug 2022
Pro: Big Bus was a handy way to get around the key areas in London Pro: one of the drivers was extremely helpful in advising us how to reach a couple of landmarks Cons: Taped commentary with not a lot of useful content
Perfect way to see London
, Aug 2022
What a perfect way to see London! Great for our family of 5. Took in all of the sites in 1 day. Hopped off to see the Churchill War Rooms and everything in the vicinity. So easy. Just perfect. Highly recommend.
Great views. Loved crossing Tower Bridge
, Aug 2022
Great way to see the city. Helped us gauge where the sites are and have us glimpses of ones we couldn’t squeeze into our agenda.

The River cruise was the best part. The audio guide didn't match up to where we were due to construction and road closures. I was left not knowing where anything truly was. And the audio tour wasn't the best.

Guided bus tour was great
, Aug 2022
The bus was very convenient to take from location to location but the real value is in taking the guided night tour. Our tour guide Paul was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the different sites around London and I would highly recommend doing this part of the experience.
Finding the bus stop?
, Aug 2022
We had difficulty finding exactly where to get on the bus. We walked around for about 30 minutes trying to find the London Bridge stop. I also would have preferred a little more London history and a few less jokes on the tapes. Next time I will wait until I get to the city I’m going to and find the bus stop before I buy my tickets.
Great for one day
, Aug 2022
Very witty commentary. I would have done just one day instead of two next time. The river cruise was informative and beautiful. Overall a nice addition to our visit.

There are no instructions as to where the bus picks you up. Tried different bus stops but the bus bypassed us.

Fun time on The Big Bus.
, Aug 2022
We were able to tour London and were able to see many wonderful sights for a reasonable price. The only disadvantage was having to wait over an hour for the bus to make it to our stop on Tothill Street, first thing in the morning.
Very disappointed
, Aug 2022
Very disappointed with the BIG BUS experience. 85% was loud music . Narration was lacking of what all there was to see. Granted all cannot be said, but one would think that the very important sights would be better described other than by immature jokes. We also were bypassed by the 2nd driver. I need to use a cane and by the time I walked down the stairs we wer two stops after ours. He yelled at saying I did tell him to stop. All the day riding and I never heard anyone they wanted off. I told him to just dropped us off at the next stop and I would call a taxi. He insisted to take me to my oringial stop this upsetting more customers after they saw they were not on the proper route. He was very rude and his driving was awful. The many times I have taken this type of tour, I would never recommend this company in sightseeing England
