First I made a reservation paid the $28 I get there pay another $38 for no reservation and the bike my family gets is squicking the hole ride. Sounded like the debo family was cruising the boardwalk. Made the best of it of course. But could of been a great experience ended up being terrible 😔.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like your party may have been 4 adults, which would require a Double Surrey instead of a Single Surrey. We have made some clarifications to our products to make it clear that a Single Surrey at $28 is good for a small family with 2 adults and 2 small children or couple.
