Amazing Indian Cooking Experience!

This class was wonderful! She went into amazing detail about each spice and ingredient and when and how each can be used, both in these recipes and in any other Indian recipes we might try in the future. I feel that I gained an understanding of Indian cooking so that I can replicate these recipes as well as trying some new Indian recipes of my own! She also moved at a great pace so that the cooking class was very comfortable to follow. I highly recommend!!
