Had a fantastic day with Damia, David and Ramon. The Olivar market was a great experience, buying the ingredients to make our Paella. Then on to Ramon's House where we made Crema Catalana and the wonderful Valencian traditional Paella. I would recommend to everyone and cant wait to book another tour when we are back in Mallorca. Thank you so much to all of you.... we'll see you again soon I hope!

My boyfriend and I took our first...

My boyfriend and I took our first trip to Spain Barcelona / San Sebastian / Mallorca and this tour was the highlight of our trip. We have attended many food tours and cooking classes, and has been the most special. Cooking was fun flipping the tortilla was exhilarating haha , the seafood paella was delicious still thinking about that aioli sauce, and the best part was getting to know our hosts, Marialaura and Ramon. It was a very organized tour, but did not feel 100 scripted. We felt like we were hanging out with friends/family. Ramon welcomed us into his home with lemonade made by his wife, using lemons from his backyard. We danced in the kitchen to local music while cooking. We traded funny stories over great food, dessert, and drinks. It's rare to have such fun and authentic experiences with people you just met, and we are super thankful to our hosts for having us! Marialaura and Ramon - let us know when you're in San Francisco! To others - definitely check out this tour, you won't regret it! And no need to be an expert cook - I myself struggle with peeling vegetables
