I cannot recommend this tour enough!! I think everyone who visits Marrakesh should do this tour! Pick up was on time and location easy to find. Guide was friendly, welcoming and engaging from the first minute we met. There were 6 others on our tour and it was lovely to meet and chat with other tourists. We visited 10 locations and had so much food!! There was a break half of at round with mint tea and a talk by one of the herbalists which was great fun with the opportunity to buy spices and oils but no pressure to do so. Then onto more sites and finally a sit down meal overlooking parts of the souks. It was a great tour and we were really happy that we chose to do it. If you are thinking of booking it just do so, you will not be disappointed.

Superb . yaYa was great fun and really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We went to genuine little stalls throughout the souk and were introduced to foods we would not have tried at all The restaurant was lovely . We were totally full . A warning - eat a very small lunch

This was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. We were nervous to eat from the street vendors in the Medina, but we placed our trust in our guide as ate everything offered: snails, soups, assorted pastries, breads, fresh fruits, etc. and suffered no Ill effects. We also had the best macaroon of our lives, bakes fresh by the women in the picture. We finished with a fantastic roof top dinner. Our guide was also very charming and spoke many languages fluently which allowed him to share the history of the city with us.

A must do. Really enjoyed the evening and being taken around the different stalls and streets of the old town. The food was great and my daughters really enjoyed having dinner with members of the group at the end. Yaya was exceptional and great to talk to and gear about the different types of food Morocco can offer. Its well worth your time and a bargain. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great evening out with like minded travellers! We were met by the guide Yaya, exactly where he said he would be and on time, you can’t ask for a better start than that! We headed off into the souks and surrounding streets, we ate dried fruit, savoury and sweet pancakes, pastries, Moroccan Macaroons, burgers and even had a demonstration of the making of Argon Oil over a cup of mint tea, before the main event of a three course meal on the roof terrace of a local restaurant over looking the medina! Yaya was knowledgable, friendly and funny, would recommend to anyone!

Yaya is a great guide, very knowledgeable about the area, the people, and of course the food! Just as important, though, he is passionate about good food. So you won’t just eat “typical” Moroccan things, but he ensures that you get to taste the best there is. In addition he is quite friendly and smiley. Overall a great time, and highly recommended to book this tour with Yaya!

We had the best time with Yaya who was such a good guide and made sure we had the best experience. He took the time to explain every stop and also answer all of our questions. We were taken to all of the best local street food vendors and the dinner at the end was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone interested in trying local cuisine.

We had a great time trying a ton of different food from around the Medina. Our guide was Yaya and he did a great job of getting is a variety of different foods and giving us the history of each food stand we stopped at. The tour end with a delicious meal on a roof top. It was a fantastic tour that we would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience and it was a lot of fun to sample the foods of Marekesh in the market and at a restaurant. Our guide did greet us with a huge smile and watched our foe us the entire evening. My recommendation is to start out with room in your stomach because we had about 10 courses!

This food tour provided great diversity of Moroccan cuisine. We started with some snacks & sweets and got plenty of smaller servings of different foods, leading up to a big meal in the end. Everything was delicious and they were mindful of everyone's dietary restrictions (for us: no pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, or red meat).

End-to-end great experience. Our guide could not do enough for us and was very knowledgeable about Moroccan food culture and culture in general. It was also nice and personal as he used food memories from his childhood as a way of bringing some dishes to life. The whole thing finished with a nice dinner at a simple but fabulous rooftop restaurant - trying the local Marrakech specialty variant of the Tagine: 'Tangia'. Highly recommended!

Simply a MUST DO! This was our first day in Marrakesh and I’m so glad we did this tour first. This was so much better than I expected. My husband and I tried so many different foods. All that we would have never tried on our own. And dinner was simply amazing. It was a great group of people to do this tour with. It definitely makes it more fun experiencing this with new people. I would DEFINITELY recommend this tour to everyone who wants to feel more comfortable trying new foods in Marrakesh.

This tour is a must if this is your first time in Morocco and especially if you’re lucky enough to have Yaya as your tour guide. He made this experience fun and enjoyable by relating different food samples with experiences from his personal life and other relevant historical events. Make sure to be hungry as there’s a lot of food sampling to be head finished off with a beautiful tajine at the end.
