Priced right, but shorter and less than advertised

Starts at a tourist shuttle place downtown Miami Beach. You have to pay about $25 to park nearby. Tour leaves at 9:30 and you get to the place at 10:30. The airboat ride is only 30 minutes, not 45 as advertised. We saw two alligators. After the boat ride there is a neat place on site with animal exhibits. We only had an hour before the bus driver started literally rounding tourist up and yelling to get on the bus by noon. We were back in MB at 1. The whole tour was a rushed 3.5 hours, not 5.5 as advertised.

Not worth it tbh took 1.5 hours to get there . For a 20 min boat ride where we saw maybe 1 gator and then 1.5 hour back ride on a hot bus with no a.c no thanks waste of my half day.

Unhappy with whole experience

We got to see two alligators in the wild. The bus ride was awful. Driver almost hit cars. Jerking us around with on and off the throttle. No paper in bathroom. Boat was dirty with trash on bottom. Boat ride was ok but to see alligators in very small pond with filthy water at supposed wildlife exhibit and snakes in tiny cages was an awful site. Bird poop thick on picnic tables. Just awful!

Waste of time

Misguided description of tour. On top of that it started late. After the swamp tour, a detour was made to pick up people from the mall which was opposite direction. Why are we picking up people from the mall??? Didn't think the tour would last 6 hours. I was under the assumption of it being an 1 and 30 minutes.

A MUST DO ATTRACTION

This was the best and cheapest thing ever. The driver deserves a medal. Unfortunately can’t remember his name but he was a great driver, the best tour guide, and an animal expert. Everyone should do this trip to get a real taste of Miami.

Fun tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We saw one alligator in the Everglade. However was able to see more at the exhibit which was nice.
